It looks like Taylor Swift is on a mission to help her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, get back in peak condition after a rough start to the NFL season.
The Kansas City Chiefs may be sitting pretty with a 4-0 record, but they’re doing it without the usual stellar performances from Kelce.
Kelce’s Season So Far
In the first four games of the season, Kelce hasn’t found the end zone yet and has only managed 15 catches for 158 yards.
This puts him in seventh place among tight ends in the NFL, averaging less than 40 yards per game.
Clearly, something needs to change for him to reclaim his dominant performance.
A New Game Plan
Fortunately, Kelce has a game plan in place, inspired by his 14-time Grammy-winning girlfriend.
According to Life & Style, Taylor is determined to help him get back on track.
A source revealed, “All the commentators are saying that he partied like a monster during the offseason, and he’s only got himself to blame for being out of shape and out of form.”
While both Travis and Taylor feel this narrative is exaggerated, there’s a sense of responsibility on Taylor’s part, as Kelce spent a good chunk of the offseason enjoying life with her.
Committing to Change
To turn things around, Taylor has decided to step in and support Travis.
“She’s making it her mission to help him shed the weight and get his six-pack back so he can prove the haters wrong,” the source added.
Taylor is committed to joining him on this diet journey when they’re together, which means saying goodbye to junk food, sugar, and alcohol.
Their Summer Adventures
The couple had some fun in the sun together during their vacation in Lake Como.
During the offseason, Travis also made appearances at various stops on Taylor’s worldwide Eras Tour, attending shows in Australia, Singapore, Amsterdam, and London.
In return, Taylor has shown her support by attending 15 Chiefs games since they started dating, and Kansas City boasts an impressive 12-3 record in those matchups, including two wins this season.
The Road Ahead
As the season progresses, Kelce still has 13 regular-season games to reverse his slow start.
The next challenge is the upcoming game against the Saints on Monday.
Fans are eager to see if Taylor’s support will help him bounce back to his former glory.
