…By Larry John for TDPel Media. Yoruba Nollywood actress, Rukayat Lawal, popularly known as Iya Ibadan Sneh, took to her Instagram page on Sunday evening to announce that the granddaughter of her senior colleague, Joke Muyiwa, had gone missing.
Earlier, an Instagram blog shared a picture of the little girl sitting close to her missing girl and called for members of the public with useful information about the three-year-old baby’s whereabouts to report to the police.
Confirming the report, Iya Ibadan reposted the reports on her Instagram page.
In an update, Joke Muyiwa, in the early hours of Monday, announced that her missing granddaughter had been found.
Joke Muyiwa is a renowned Nollywood actress, and her granddaughter’s disappearance has caused distress to fans and the movie industry.
However, the announcement of the baby’s recovery by Joke Muyiwa has brought relief to everyone concerned.
In other news, Nigerian singer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known as Oxlade, has opened up on what he did to survive after running away from home to pursue his music career.
The artist revealed that he sold bus tickets and did various menial jobs to foot his bills and survive.
He disclosed that he had to leave home because his father, a lecturer, was against his decision to be a musician.
The singer noted that the time he spent on the street trying to make a living while pursuing his music career has helped him in making better decisions.
Oxlade is one of Nigeria’s fastest-rising music stars and has become famous for his hits such as “Away,” “Shugar,” and “Hold On.”
