Allegations against a Prison Officer
Megan Breen, a 21-year-old female prison officer, appeared in Cardiff Crown Court over accusations of engaging in an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with an unnamed prisoner at HMP Usk and HMP Prescoed in Gwent, South Wales.
The alleged incidents are reported to have occurred between February and May 2022.
