Despite the stiff competition for the No. 10 spot with Cole Palmer, he believes it’s just a “matter of time” before he finds himself in the spotlight.
Transitioning to Chelsea
The talented 24-year-old Portuguese forward made a big move from Atletico Madrid to Chelsea this summer, with a transfer fee of £45 million.
Conor Gallagher was part of the deal, moving in the opposite direction.
However, Felix has primarily featured in cup matches, starting only in the Carabao Cup and the Conference League against Barrow and Gent.

With the upcoming match against Panathinaikos on Thursday, Felix is poised for his opportunity, especially since Palmer is among those left behind by coach Enzo Maresca.
While his primary position is No. 10, Felix is versatile enough to also play as a false nine or on the wing.

Reflecting on that time, he shared, “I always told my family and friends that I would return to the Premier League one day.
I loved my time at the club, the league, the players, and the overall environment. I always knew I wanted to come back, and it happened sooner than I expected.”
