Speaking to a crowd in Madison, Wisconsin, Obama remarked, “You’d be worried if grandpa was acting like this,” as he critiqued Trump’s fitness for office.

Obama referenced a recent town hall where Trump appeared alongside South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem.

He described a moment where Trump spent nearly 40 minutes playing music and swaying on stage instead of addressing questions from the audience.

This behavior led Obama to emphasize the need for caution regarding Trump’s ambitions, saying, “This is coming from somebody who wants unchecked power.

So Wisconsin, we do not need to see what an older, loonier Donald Trump looks like with no guard rails. America is ready to turn the page.”

The Age Factor in the Election

If elected, Trump, at 78, would become the oldest American president, surpassing President Joe Biden, who is currently 82.

Walz dismissed it as a political stunt, saying, “There’s something not just nuts but cruel about a billionaire using people’s livelihood as a political problem.”

He also likened Trump to Ronald McDonald, drawing laughter from the crowd and criticizing Trump’s authenticity.

Walz didn’t stop at Trump; he also directed his barbs at Elon Musk, who has been seen campaigning with Trump.

He quipped about Musk’s energetic presence on stage, saying, “That guy is literally the richest man in the world, spending millions of dollars to help Donald Trump buy an election.”
